Troop 216 - St Joseph, MO

Boy Scout Troop 216 is a great organization!  With well over three dozen Scouts ranging in ages from 11 to 17, Troop 216 follows the Scouting tradition of being a "Boy-Led Troop".

Being Boy-Led, empowers Scouts to be leaders, helps them learn leadership by doing, be responsible for developing programs, and helps them figure out how to achieve their goals.  Being a new leader and parent of one of the boys, I can attest that it really does work! We have great involvement from parents and adults to be of assistance to the boys as they carve their path to becoming an Eagle Scout.

We appreciate the Pony Express Council investing their time and energy in putting together this main site for all the units.  We have members only Facebook page Troop216.  On that site you will find out more details concerning, calendar events, forms, and other useful information about our troop.  We plan to take a closer look at migrating it here.

If you have any questions, please contact our Scoutmaster at the link to the right entitled "Unit Leadership"
