Re-Chartering Your Unit: http://www.ponyexpressbsa.org/otoerecharter
Charter Packets for 2012 were handed out at the October Roundtable. Units must submit their paperwork to the Council Service or to the District Executive for processing. Online Re-Chartering became available November 1st.
All Unit Charters ending in December 2011 are due.
Training:
Boy Scout Outdoor Leader Training, Camp Geiger, January 20th - 21st, Cost $15
This is a Robidoux Event (Klondike Derby) but other districts are invited attend.
Trainer’s EDGE, Council Office, February 25th from 8:30AM – 4:00PM, Cost $5

Dance Coup: 11 Yellow, 3 Red, 6 Blue, 1 Lone Bear

Tribal Council Nominations are due December 15th; Nominations can be address to: Recording Chieftain, Tribe of Mic-O-Say, PO Box 8157, St. Joseph, MO 64508
Camp Geiger:
Boy Scout Camp Fees for Summer Camp 2012:
Youth Fee: $240; Adult Fee: $170
(All Fees are due to the Council Office by April 1st, 2012. After April 1st a $15 Late Fee will be applied)
Unit’s that sold popcorn, with an average of $200 per boy or more, will get a $20 discount per person off their overall payment.
Troops will be required to complete online camp pre-registration for 2012.
A $100.00 deposit is now required to pre-register for Geiger 2012.
