Jamboree Contingent Shakedown Camp-out #2

Our Pony Express Council's Jamboree Contingent gathered for their second shakedown camp-out to get ready for their historical trip to Scouting's 100th birthday National Jamboree to be held from July 26 - August 4 at Fort A.P.Hill, VA.

They had the privilege of being our first group to experience the new C.O.P.E. facilities at Camp Geiger.  They were also able to use some of the brand new shotguns at the Five Stand shooting facility where the Shotgun merit badge and sporting clays will be given at scout camp this summer.

They set up camp using the equipment they will be taking to Jamboree with them.  Finding out how to work together and most of all have fun together.  Below are the pictures that were taken this weekend so you all might be able to see what went on.
