Bridget Blevins - Fall Recruit Campaign Chairperson

Bridget Blevins is News Director for KQ2 in St. Joseph. She also anchors Live at 5 and Your Hometown News at 6.   Bridget returned to KQ2 after a stop in Columbia, Missouri where she worked as an anchor/reporter for an ABC/FOX affiliate.   Bridget started as a production assistant at KQ2 while attending Missouri Western State University. She's been a camera operator, director, producer, reporter and even a weekend weather anchor for KQ2. Now, as News Director, Bridget enjoys mentoring young reporters in a city that's close to her hometown of Highland, Kansas.   Bridget is a sports fan who roots for the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs. She also enjoys playing softball and volleyball in her free time.
