CAMP COMMISSIONERS AREA
The camp commissioner services are provided to troops that come to Camp Geiger. Commissioners will help you with any problems you may have so that your camping week is a great experience.
You can call on us to help you with:
Hauling of your scout gear in and out of your camp-site.
Hauling of large amounts of ice or other items.
Transporting scouts (youth) with medical problems tagged by the health lodge.
Gear Hauling 8-5 Monday-Friday
Transporting scouts with medical tags to program and meals
NOBODY will be transported to Mic-O-Say ceremonies unless PRIOR arrangements are made with the Mic-O-Say Director.
Campsite Care:

Tent repair kits can be checked out from either the commissioner’s office or quartermaster so leaders can repair small holes.

Tie tents closed with a bow knot, NOT a square not

Don’t drive nails in platforms

Do not tie tents to platforms or tent frames

Hose hooked up at all times with the spray nozzle attached (Fire Guard Plan)

Hoses and tools are there for your use and convenience, please ensure they are cleaned and hanging when not in use.
