Spooktacular and Family Campout

Overnight Family Tent Camping is Available at Spooktacular!

General Info:

For safety reasons, all Cub Scouts who camp must have a parent or legal guardian camp with them.

Cost is $3 per individual camping. This is in addition to the $2 entry fee collected at the event for the Spooktacular. The Camping fee must be paid online and camping is open to the first 200 individuals who register online. Registration for Camping closes 10/20. Individuals should plan on bringing their camping gear when they arrive at Spooktacular for event check-in (starts at 1 p.m.) and plan on setting up their campsites well before dark.

An evening program of stories and a movie, as well as a light breakfast will be provided. Families/units are responsible for bringing all of their own gear and personal items. No ground fires are allowed. Vehicles and trailers must remain parked in the main parking lots, however unloading of gear is allowed at campsites. We will coordinate campsite setup and gear transport to the campsites closer to the event.

Tent camping only (no RVs). Some tents may fit on campsite platforms. We will use Osage, Navajo, Kickapoo, and Pueblo Campsites. The storm shelters/restrooms will be open with running water and drinking water available.
