Roundtable: Popcorn Kick-Off / Calendars / Round-Ups /

The Maryville Wal-Mart is hosting a Hunting Extravaganza next weekend (September 16th – 18th) and they have invited the scouts to participate in the activities by setting up a scouting booth. It my understanding that several hunting / outdoor related companies will be represented along side the scouts. Our district is planning to set up a booth at this event to provide an additional opportunity for young boys to join the scouting program.
We need your help though in order to make this booth a reality. Volunteers are needed to “man” the booth for the following times: Sept 16 (3-8pm), 17 (8a-8p) and 18 (11a-6p). We plan to do 1 Hour shifts during those hours, so we will need several volunteers. You can sign up for more than 1 Hour if you would like, and both Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts are invited to help. If you would like to participate please email Matt Becker at:
