Roundtable Meetings – The Next Roundtable meeting will be September 8th, 2011

There Will Not Be Roundtable Meetings during June, July, and August

Pony Express Council Items:

Council Office will be closed on the following days during the summer:

  • May 30th (Memorial Day) & July 4th (Independence Day)
  • Scout Office and Store will no longer be open on Saturdays.

Spring Camporee – A Success! – Special Thanks goes out to Rod Couts & Troop 75. Congratulations to Troop 131, winner of the Troop 1 flag. Virtually every unit won a ribbon in a category during the day’s competitions.
Congratulations Troop 190, winner of the cooking competition. 

Fall Fundraising Opportunity – Popcorn Sale: Commitment Forms Due: May 13th
Unit Commitment forms are now available! Forms are due back to the council office by May 13th. Sale starts September 24th
Make sure to mark on the commitment form which University you plan to attend!

Council Advancement Committee adopts new guidelines for Eagle Scout projects in all districts of the Pony Express Council. After a review of National Standards, to create consistency in undefined or variable areas, this guideline will become part of all Eagle packets.
