Northwest Parade: 
The Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts will be marching in the NWMSU Parade on October 22nd. Scouts should gather at the pavilion across from the performing arts center on 4th St. Please arrive no later than 8 AM. Contact Barb Mackey at (660) 853-8111 with any questions.

Re-Chartering Your Unit:

Charter Packets for 2012 were handed out at the October Roundtable. Units must submit their paperwork to the Council Service or to the District Executive for processing. Online Re-Chartering will be available November 1st. All Unit Charters ending in December 2011 will be due at the December Roundtable (12/8/11).

Fall Popcorn Sale: September 24th – October 29th
The current plan is to have the popcorn sorted and available for pickup on November 10th after roundtable. Units please make arrangements to pickup your popcorn that evening.

Boy Scout Troops that reach their popcorn goal, $200 per boy average, will receive a $20 discount off their camp fees next summer!

Training:  Adult Leader Training 
Cub Scout Pow Wow, Camp Geiger, November 12th;  Cost: $15

A $100.00 deposit is now required to pre-register for Geiger 2012.
