What do you need to join Venture Quest? First, you need to be part of a Venturing Crew. To be a member you must be at least 14 or 13 and completed the 8th grade and no more than 20. If you are 21 or older you can be a crew advisor and still participate in activities. If you aren't a member of a crew and don't know if there is one close, contact your council office for information. Of course you can always form a new crew.

When you arrive this summer you will need a complete BSA Physical Form, this does include a doctor's signature. No one can participate without a physical on file. If you are taking SCUBA you will need the PADI forms as well.
Ready to secure your place? Reserve a place for your crew right away. There is limited space.

Registration: On-line participant registration is now open. If you have not reserved a spot for your crew do so first. The instruction are above. Instruction on how to register participants are found at this link. Register as soon as possible to ensure your space.
Individual Registration: You don't have a crew to come with or you can't get your crew to come, you can register individually and enjoy Venture Quest 2012. Click here to register.
Costs: Final figures aren't done yet and probably won't be ready until early December. Making a reservation does not compel your crew to go, so secure your space. There will be a base fee that includes food, travel and incidental expenses. For each major there will be a fee to cover the cost of the activity. Additional activities will have a daily use fee.
