It is the goal from the 100th Anniversary National Committee that every District within every Council across America hold two events within the next year that celebrates the 100th Anniversary of Scouting in their respective communities.

Ideas for camporees should revolve around a Scout-O-Rama. The camporees should be held within the community; for example, city parks.

This year of celebration has a theme; "Celebrating the Adventure - Continuing the Journey"

The two special events that the District holds should reflect the Past-Present-Future of their scouting organization.

This is the time to thank those who have gave to Scouting; Chartered Organizations, donors, leaders, etc.

If you have further questions, please contact the 100th Anniversary Committee for more details.
